- How far in advance do you write your lessons?
- Are there qualities you try to have in every lesson?

- What do you do if you realize your lesson plan isn't working the way you thought it would? How do you recover/regroup?
- How do you manage teaching everything in your SOL framework in less than 180 days without just lecturing on the topics students need to know to pass the test?-HP
- How do you integrate "reading in your content area" so the reading is teaching the students an essential skill, but not wasting time by causing you to have to reteach the topic?-HP
- What do you do for emergency sub plans? How do you have these relevant to what you are currently teaching when you obviously were not prepared to miss a day?-HP -Do you lecture for most or any of your classes? Or do you feel it is better to keep lecture to a minimum and do more group/partner work?
